Make the dressing by whisking all the dressing ingredients together.

Flake the tuna into a large bowl and mix with the borlotti beans, red onion, celery and parsley. Spoon over the dressing and toss well to combine.

  • 2 sticks of celery, thinly sliced
  • 3tbsp chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
  • For the dressing
  • 4tbsp virgin olive oil
  • 2tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • seasoning
