Spoon the yogurt onto a serving platter and top with the oats evenly. Sprinkle the wheat bran evenly on top then arrange the dates in a line down the centre of the platter.

Scatter the cranberries either side of the dates. Drizzle the honey around the the plate but not on the fruit in the middle. Sprinkle the wheat bran on top and serve.
