Heat the oven to gas 7, 220°C, fan 200ºC. Mix the pizza base according to the packet instructions. Mix to a soft dough and knead on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth. Roll out into a 20cm (8in) circle and lift onto an oiled baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce over the base, add the pepper and courgette, then dot on the olives and mozzarella. Season, drizzle with oil, and add the meat.
Bake in the top of the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbling. Scatter over the basil and serve.
