Chilli prawn and mango salad HERO

Use a vegetable peeler to slice the cucumber into long, thin strips. Toss with the mango and prawns.

Drizzle with the sweet chilli sauce and lime juice and scatter with coriander leaves. Keep chilled until ready to eat.
