Heat the oil and sauté the
onion and
garlicfor a few minutes until softened. Tip into a bowl and allow to cool slightly.
Then add the beef mince, mustard, cheese, soy sauce, parsley and chillies.
Season well and mix thoroughly. Shape into 6 burger patties.
Lightly oil the burgers and cook on a hot griddle or grill for around 4-5 minutes on each side.
Serve on baps with salad, plus extra jalapeños and mayonnaise, if you like.
