Heat the sesame oil in a wok or frying pan until smoking. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until it softens. Add the peppers into the wok and stir fry for 3 minutes. When softened, add the beef and peanuts and toss through.

Add a squeeze of lime and the water. Sizzle for three minutes until the beef is cooked through, add the beansprouts and stir through for a further minute. Serve piping hot.

  • 4tbsp water
