Mix the minced beef, freshly grated ginger, finely chopped hot red pepper, crushed peanuts and coriander into the bowl of a food processor.

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Blend for approximately 10 to 15 seconds, until all the ingredients are finely chopped, pausing a few times to hand blend the mixture.

Shape the mixture into approximately 12 balls in some plain flour. Place the meatballs in the egg wash and then coat with the breadcrumbs.

Heat together the sesame and vegetable oils into a wok or a frying pan and fry the meatballs over a moderate heat until golden, 8-10 minutes. Transfer the meatballs onto paper towels to drain. Serve meatballs sprinkled with freshly chopped coriander.
