WildWaters salmon are reared in the pristine waters that surround the Shetland Islands. These islands are the most northerly in the UK. Salmon thrive in the cold, oxygen rich North Atlantic where the fast flowing tidal waters build strong, lean fish.
WildWaters oversee every stage, from the rearing of juvenile fish to the finished products.
