Barbecue sauce

Combine all the ingredients and mix them thoroughly.

Allow to stand for 2 or 3 hours before serving. Serve with barbecued meats. This sauce may also be used as a marinade.

  • 8 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 50g (2oz) finely chopped parsley
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1tsp thyme
  • 2tsp hot paprika or cayenne pepper
